Cancellation Policy
- Inclusions: Air-conditioned vehicle, Parking and fuel charges, driver - If you have any additional/special requirements, please feel free to let us know under remarks section (e.g. meet and greet, midnight pick up/transfers, group discounts, wheelchair/baby seat requirements). These are subject to additional charges and will be payable prior to date of travel. - Please adhere to driver's safety instructions and timings. - For any timing exceedance of more than 30 minutes from cut-off time, overtime fee of $100 may be charged and is payable directly to the driver. Rates will not be prorated. Extension is subject to transport and driver availability. - To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations less than 24 hours, 50% fee applies.
