Q: How far in advance should I book transportation?
A: We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for airport transfers. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.
Q: Can I request a child seat?
A: Absolutely! We offer child seats upon request. Please let us know the age and size of the child when booking.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Q: Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, we have wheelchair-accessible vehicles available. Please specify your needs when booking, and we'll ensure appropriate arrangements.
Q: What should I take note of when booking?
A: Driver will only wait up to 15 minutes from the agreed timing.
Please ensure you have a valid passport with validity of at least 6 months.
Please ensure you have the necessary visa to enter into Singapore and Malaysia.
